To protect customers’ prepayments in the unlikely event of our financial failure we have ABTA accepted Total Payment Protection (topp) Policy cover (see Payment Protection section).
We ask that you consider taking adequate insurance for all contingencies, such as medical expenses, repatriation, and baggage loss; but, as the risk is yours, we do not insist on it. We will ask for travel insurance policy details to be provided to us with your final payment as it may be beneficial to you for us to carry a record of any such insurance that you have taken out. The European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) is currently available, free of charge, to cover state medical healthcare in France. Please apply in good time.

As the EHIC will not cover any private medical healthcare or costs, such as being flown back to the UK, or lost or stolen property, the NHS recommends that it is important to have both an EHIC and a valid private travel insurance policy.

In compliance with the UK Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 an insurance policy has been arranged with Travel & General Insurance Services Limited (t&g), to protect customers’ prepayments in the unlikely event of our financial failure and paid in respect of
- non-flight inclusive packages commencing and returning to the UK
- the ground handling aspects of packages where the customer is responsible for arranging travel to the destination
offered in this brochure/literature/document/on this website (subject to the terms of the insurance policy), for:
- a refund of such prepayments if customers have not yet travelled, or
- making arrangements to enable the holiday to continue if customers have already travelled , or
- repatriation of customers to the UK or their home country as may be applicable.
Customers’ prepayments are protected by a topp policy.
